An error has occurred in the search system.

Error type

This is a general Public UI error message, displayed in HTML format.

Cause

This is caused by an error being returned by the Funnelback query processor (Padre)

Resolution

Resolution will depend on the actual underlying error.

For a more detailed error message:

• Examine the JSON or XML output for the query and examine the padre return and address the error as approrpriate.
• Examine the modernui.Public.log located with the collection logs section of the log viewer (from the administration interface) and address the error as approrpriate.
• Try accessing the page and viewing the HTTP response code (eg. curl the page and inspect the headers).
